We make our products with a lot of love and care. Before the products are shipped out to our dear customers like you, they go through multi-quality check points to ensure that the quality is top notch.

In the unlikely event, if an incorrect product has been shipped to you or if the product received at your end is damaged or has defects, you may kindly write to us on info@decluttercat.com within 48 hours of receiving the product including the photos / videos of the issues found by you. We will review the request and if there is an issue with the product that was sent to you then we’ll assist you with the process to ensure your satisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

We sell and ship only in India for now through this website. We charge a shipping fee which you can see separately added on the Checkout webpage.

We employ reputed shipping services and our products generally get delivered within 7-10 days of placing the order and possibly even sooner depending on the delivery address. If there is a delay during shipping due to any unforeseeable circumstances then we’ll keep you informed via your order email id.
